Mr. Sansom is a founder and chairman of Green Square Capital, a multi-family office asset management business founded in 2001. In addition to Green Square Capital, Mr. Sansom is a founder, principal, and member of the board of directors of Center Coast Capital a Houston Texas based asset manager focused on energy infrastructure founded in 2007. Center Coast Capital manages a publicly traded subsidiary company Center Coast MLP Infrastructure Fund (CEN) traded on the New York Stock Exchange.
Mr. Sansom was an executive at Goldman Sachs & Co from 1993 to 2001 in the Investment Management Division. Prior to Goldman Sachs & Co. Mr. Sansom worked at Merrill Lynch Capital Markets in New York from 1991 to 1993 in the Institutional Equity Capital Markets Division. Mr. Sansom currently serves on the board of The Lemoine Company, a commercial construction enterprise, and Presbyterian Day School. Mr. Sansom currently serves on the Executive Advisory Council of Brown Brothers Harriman Capital Partners the Brown Brothers Harriman private equity division in New York. Mr. Sansom has served on numerous boards including the International Board of Directors of the Young Presidents Organization World Presidents Organization from 2013 to 2016.
Mr. Sansom served as the Vice Chairman of the International Board of Directors of the Young Presidents Organization World Presidents Organization in 2016. Mr. Sansom is an active member of the Young Presidents Organization and previously served on the International education committee creating and chairing multiple global events on business strategy for private business owners and entrepreneurs. Mr. Sansom is an active member of the Chief Executives Organization.
Mr. Sansom graduated from Millsaps with honors in finance and attended Harvard Business School’s Presidents executive education program and The National Defense University in Washington DC.
